Bishop Okoye Spiritan secondary, BOSSS organized a one-day seminar for all her teachers to kick start the 2022/2023 academic year. The Importance of Instructional Objectives was the topic of the seminar that began at 10:00 am at the Bishop Nwedo Exam Hall.

The seminar's guest speaker, Mazi Anthony Anyawumelu, reemphasized the significance of instructional objectives and instructional material in providing learners with a high-quality education while all the teachers listened attentively.

He continued by interactively describing the three domains of teaching—cognitive, affective, and psychomotor—and exhorted the teachers to conduct research and incorporate teaching aids into their lessons.

The program fits with BOSSS' philosophy of retraining and preparing her teachers for improved accomplishment. The teachers enthusiastically engaged in the session, contributing helpfully with their questions and participation. In her reply, one of the teachers, Sr. Perpetual Enweruzo, reemphasized the importance of using strategic planning techniques to move all the students forward.

The Principal, Rev. Fr. Jude Ekemgba, C.S.Sp., concluded by thanking the guest speaker, Mazi Anthony, for accepting to speak at the event despite the short notice. In order to get better results, he advised the teachers to put everything they had discussed in the seminar into practice in their teaching approaches. In addition, he expressed gratitude to the teachers for attending in such large numbers and expressed hope that the upcoming session will be successful.
